Podcast Episode 10: Post-Murph Chat and Regional Update
Anders and old pal John Nail catch up post-Murph on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately the iPhone caught a case of Rhabdo about 7 minutes in, so the conversation gets cut a little short (but SWEET!). To make up for the lost recording, Anders wraps things up on Monday with some thoughts on the first two weeks of Regional competition.

I wonder how much Lauren Fisher's ankle injury still bothered her. I didn't notice he favoring it when I watched some of the events, but it was surprising to see her miss the final clean twice.
ReplyDeleteI'll be honest, I had forgotten about that injury. I watched mostly just the last heats of each event on Saturday and Sunday, and after Friday, she was in the earlier heats the entire time. But I have to believe an ankle injury that close to competition was a factor in her performance.
DeleteI agree. Will be interesting to see if Invictus puts her and Rasmus on the Games team now.
